Cancellation Policy
At Root and Ramble Salon, I understand that plans change and sometimes life happens. That’s why I do not charge any fees for emergencies. I ask that you let me know at least 24 hours before if you need to change or cancel your appointment. This helps me manage my schedule and provide the best possible service to all my clients. If failed to stay in the 24 hour policy, you will have to pay 50% of the original service fee before booking. Your understanding and communication are greatly appreciated.
